Sophia is a 2nd generation Psychic, Healer & Spiritual Teacher. 

She's Clairaudient, Clairvoyant, Claircognizant, a Clairsentient Empath, Medium, Intuitive Healer & Shaman. Her life is dedicated to the spiritual path, authenticity and the path of ascension. She is here to guide people through the darkness that surrounds us at this pivotal point in human history.

We are being guided back to God, back to ourselves and back to a sense of balance, purpose, peace and passion that has been missing for so long. Through sharing her path & her story, she sheds light on the importance of healing trauma, maintaining solid mental health, as well as expressing ourselves through some creative outlet to transmute that darkness into something positive and impactful in this world.  

This work is why she incarnated on Earth at this powerful and potent time. She is here to lead other leaders into their own healing and spiritual gifts, as well as foster a growing sense of peace, expansion, creativity, healing and transformation, while we ascend into a higher vision for humanity.

Spiritual Bio:

Sophia's spiritual awakening story started roughly two months after she turned 15, when she was abandoned by her mother. She had already all but dropped out of high school, at age 14, and had been working, illegally, from age 13. 

After finding out she was homeless, she slept on the floor at parties (where roaming hands were frequently known to grope her), crashed at friend's houses when they were amenable - which wasn't often enough - and often ended up wandering the streets at night, wondering where she was going to sleep.

Her first spiritual awakening came shortly after, at age 16: She was paying $200/month to sleep on a couch in a party house in her hometown, Ashland, Oregon. She was addicted to cigarettes, had an excessive drinking habit and a rapidly increasing drug abuse problem. More than dabbling in psychedelics and other recreational drugs, her favorite of the moment was the harder stuff: cocaine, speed & meth. 

Dreams had always been prominent - and even lucid - for her from a young age. Though she didn't identify them as the spiritual gift that they are, she respected her gift, nonetheless. One day, a particularly impactful and profound dream she had, woke her up to the toxic lifestyle she was living. She quit right there and then: cold turkey. 

The drugs, the alcohol, the cigarettes and most importantly, all the friends that came along with them.

She moved out of the party house she was living in, moved in with some school-age peers and (after seeing it in a vision) shaved all her hair off, starting fresh. She started painting with acrylics, started doing yoga, meditating, hiking, playing music and created a whole new community of soul family that supported her growth and healing journey. 

Guided to move away from her hometown a few years later, the friend group disbanded and was never quite the same after.

During her 21st year, she returned to a toxic friendship and, ultimately, back into some of the same bad habits, including drinking and smoking. 

The path of ascension, spiritual awakening & ego death is a multi-layered one...

It was in Seattle, Washington in 2015 - roughly 10 years later - that her next big breakthrough and ego death took place.  

At the time she was living in a beautiful home near Lake Union, was running a thriving house cleaning company with 6 employees, and had been working toward getting the business to a secure place where she could travel for months at a time and it would run itself, so to speak. 

Within a matter of just a few weeks, she had received unexpected notice to vacate her beloved 4-year rental (the owner's son wanted to move in), had the IRS at her door - after she made the grave error of hiring a friend to manage the tax responsibilities -  and found herself with mounting anxiety in a toxic and abusive relationship that she knew she needed to free herself from.

At his insistence, she ended up moving in with her partner due to rising rents in the area, while she figured out the long term plan. 

Her first night in his home, he came home drunk and on a rampage. He tore apart the house, threw her stuff around, peed on her rug and verbally debased her. Unlike other times, she couldn't just leave and "go home". THIS was her home.

After a fitful night of barely sleeping, she woke up to him passed out on the kitchen floor, with drool on his face.  

She knew she couldn't go on like this and made arrangements to be out by that evening. Now she was homeless on top of everything else. It felt as though her friends were all mysteriously nowhere to be found when she truly needed them, so she sublet a room from an acquaintance for a few weeks, during which time she decided to make some big personal changes: 

She quit smoking. She finally broke free of her toxic and abusive relationship, walked away from her thriving house cleaning business, a life full of superficial friendships and excessive partying to kill the pain... and into a brand new beginning. She didn't know what she was creating, but she knew it wasn't more of the same.

It was around this time that she started to experience panic attacks and crippling anxiety for the first time in her life. Part of this, she was later to discover, was due to the fact that she was beginning to further unravel her "seeing" abilities. Though she has been spiritually gifted since she was a small child, her access to other dimensions and the angelic realms really started to open around this time. (Having no idea of the cause of these "hallucinations", however, she later became concerned that she might be having a rare kind of seizure or a brain tumor and sought medical attention. All the tests came back negative, confirming that this was due to her psychic abilities, not from any medical issues).

With all these scary changes and her mental health unraveling, she had to get away from it all. With whatever money was left from her, more or less, deserted business, she bought a one-way ticket to Thailand, backpacked on a budget through SE Asia and Europe for 4.5 months before spending another 1.5 months traveling across the United States in search of a home to start her new life. She settled in Boise, Idaho for a few years while she started to heal and put the pieces back together. During this time she cut way back on drinking, started doing yoga, hiking and becoming more protective of the men she invited into her life. This turned into a several-year streak of celibacy that aided her in becoming more self-loving, disciplined and self-honoring. 

Since that time there have been many twists and turns. It was during the early part of the Pandemic - while living in Portland, Oregon - that she had her most prominent spiritual awakening. 

During this time she met her father for the first time since he abandoned her at a babysitter's house as a toddler (where she remained for over a year with her brother). They met in a park and sat at a distance. Though it was brief and he talked only of himself, she was grateful for the opportunity to have finally gone through that rite of passage. As he was leaving, he insisted on giving her $500 left to her from her beloved Grandfather, who had passed on a few years prior. Though she refused it at first, she finally relented and agreed with herself to spend it only on her healing journey. 

The following week - using that very money - she was guided to sign up for a 6-week intensive online workshop about healing trauma (the rest of the money was used to pay for a few sessions with a professional therapist, through the site 'Better Help'). 

The workshop was designed for practitioners in the mental health field to use on their clients, but Sophia signed up in an attempt to address her own mounting trauma, after years of therapy and what felt like nothing but dead ends. Coupled with a particularly dark and depressing Portland winter, as well as the overwhelming isolation of the Pandemic, she plummeted into a deep depression and even into serious contemplations of suicide. 

It was through facing this darkness, diving into inner child healing and self-love practices, along with meditation, rigorous discipline and the necessary tools gleaned through her intensive trauma workshop, Sophia was able to pull herself out of her darkness and back into the light. The experience has carved a deep and compassionate space within her, for others who suffer from anxiety, poor mental health and suicidal thoughts. It is simply not something one can fathom until you have experienced it for yourself. 

Rebuilding yourself after hitting bottom twice, is no easy feat.  The third time was no easier, and with the added complications of the Pandemic, Sophia struggled to get her property management business (which had all but flopped during the early months of covid) - and her life - off the ground, following her breakdown. 

In summer of 2021 she made the decision to quit drinking altogether, which positively impacted her physical and mental health. 

Shortly following that, she was guided to cut out all of her small-scale properties and instead focus on nabbing some really luxurious and large properties. It was a risky move and one that many didn't understand, but she knew that her heart was guiding her to switch business tactics in order to focus more on what she loved: The Youtube Channel she started in Feb of 2021 where she shared her path of healing trauma and self-love. 

Though it was a risk, she trusted her instincts. Amazingly, the new business model worked and she was making more money than she'd ever made, and doing less than half the work. She was able to invest in healing and in her spiritual awakening in an even deeper way than ever before. 

She spent $3,000 working with a Clinical Hypnotherapist in early 2022, by the name of Joey LaBossiere, who aided her in accessing her spiritual guides in a new way. Through their subconscious work, he helped her recall past life memories and access deeper parts of herself. During this time she was guided to walk away from nearly every family member and friend from her old life - those that didn't support or contribute to her growth in some significant way. It was one of the hardest decisions she's ever had to make and remains extremely painful to this day, several years later.

In February of 2023, Sophia was guided to walk away from her near 6-figure income as an Airbnb Manager & Consultant and into the unknown once again. About 3 months later, she started channeling spiritual and prophetic messages and posting them on her new TikTok account, because she was too scared to share them on her Youtube channel or with her friends on Facebook. 

A few weeks later she was posting them everywhere proudly, though it was clear that some of her old friends thought she was odd. Nobody commented or thanked her, but she continued to show up anyway, because she was so deeply guided.

Six months later she would be guided to leave her home, and Portland, altogether,  to go on her "Fool's Journey", which is a fresh start. Essentially leaping into the unknown without a net to catch you. 

Since those sacrifices were made over 3.5 years ago, there have been many moments of poverty, humility, isolation, gripping fear and feelings of hopelessness.

It has taken a fight to get here, but all along the way, she discovered her many spiritual gifts in a much deeper way, continued unraveling the remnants of her old life and started channeling messages from the Divine and then,

a week before she was scheduled to move (and though she still had mountains to accomplish and was already struggling with her mental health), she was guided to create her first tarot reading video and post it online.

She fought through the initial resistance and fear and ended up really enjoying not only the process, but the finished product!

Almost as if to thank her for all of her many sacrifices, a few short weeks after leaving her home in Portland, she had her first breakthrough on Youtube. A video she channeled about New Earth leaders reached over 10k views and kept climbing. Her account went from 39 humble subscribers to over 1000 in what felt like just a matter of hours.

It might not seem like much, but at the end she had over 2k subscribers and within those few weeks, 17k people had watched that video - thousands of her soul family showed up to like, comment and show gratitude for her work. 

It felt like a huge breakthrough and was so incredibly encouraging. 

She had started her Youtube Channel 2 years earlier and it had really started to feel like a fruitless endeavor, to the point that she had questioned why she was even putting in the effort.

Now, feeling confident in this work for the first time, she was finally able to start monetizing her gifts - though incredibly humbly at first. 

As her confidence grew, her following seemed to grow, but the views decreased from the thousands to the hundreds and then - after a year or so - into the dozens. 

So, she turned her focus elsewhere: to the inner growth and expansion.To self-love and introspection. She focused on changing how she saw herself and her place in this world.

 She used all of that time to get ready for what she'd always known was inevitable: That she was ultimately meant to lead a lot of people. 

Her psychic and prophetic abilities had picked up on this truth ever since she was a very small child and ultimately she always knew that she was destined for some kind of fame in this life. 

About 4 months after her Youtube breakthrough - and though she had no real family or friends there - she was reluctantly guided to move back to the town of her youth, Ashland, Oregon, for a year and a half to do some serious soul searching, heart healing and other expansive spiritual and emotional work. 

It was toward the latter end of this sojourn that she was inspired to join an intensive business accelerator workshop hosted by Aaron Doughty and Victor Oddo, attended by a lot of other Soul Family, whom she easily recognized and vice versa. Coupled with the news of the very recent death of her estranged father, it catapulted her into a season of transformation and rebirth: Stepping into confidence in a new way, as well as channeling Light Language for the first time and unraveling even deeper layers of her past insecurities. 

The darkness of her father's death (and all the heaviness that he carried with him) still looming, she nevertheless heeded the call from Spirit and moved to the bustling city of Los Angeles (quite reluctantly, I might add) with under $200 to her name, a broken heart, her beloved cat meowing anxiously and a car's worth of stuff... yet no vehicle to transport her. 

She essentially hitchhiked there, and by the grace of God, arrived safely two days later in a car with what was now clearly her soul family.  Miracle to miracle: She went from there to the loving home of a (previously unknown) fellow starseed who ended up welcoming her into the rustic, unfinished studio on the back of his property. 

There she would spend a very colorful year dying and being reborn right off of Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood.

It was a moment of pause, a moment to take stock of her life and of everything leading up to this moment. 

Being a servant of the Divine means not always "working" with the intention to provide for oneself financially. Being a full-time servant in this particular instance, for example, meant that money was scarce and even non-existent at times. She was forced to relive many nightmares of her past during her time here: Threats of homelessness, poverty and even elements of starvation. She was being given the sacred opportunity to understand - at least in a new and more immediate way - the amazing importance of advocating for oneself. 

Ultimately, in knowing that we are WORTHY of being advocated for and deserving of being supported and nurtured on this planet, regardless of what we might have experienced growing up or how much the world has shown us otherwise.

During this dark and emotional time, she unraveled her ego, dove deeper into her gifts, and ultimately went deep into meditation and hermit mode - often waking up at 4 in the morning and meditating for up to 6 hours at a time - for the greater part of that year. 

Thus, much like a butterfly freed from a cocoon, she came out a completely changed person. One completely embodied in and surrounded by God. 

The humbling that came from that year alone, has been some of the most profound of her lifetime. It will forever guide her and mark her for as long as she lives.

Following that dark winter, Sophia was (again, reluctantly) guided to move to Las Vegas on a whim in May of 2026 - where she currently resides -  to connect with soul family, start teaching and healing in-person, as well as stepping into new levels of confidence and leadership. 

Again, almost as if to thank her for her many sacrifices, the videos she posted after 2 weeks of getting acclimated, started getting thousands of views on not only instagram, but Facebook as well. 

Suddenly all these new people started showing up with the most amazing energy and encouragement. She went from just a handful of followers to having over 10,000 in just a matter of weeks.

It felt like confirmation that she had made the right moves, but that life has its own timing and we can't force anything to move before it's ready. One of the biggest lessons her journey has taught her, is that the process of ascension is about staying in the flow and learning how to trust the process.

Due to the nature of this difficult path, she hasn't had a social life in well over 6 years and has been celibate for nearly 5 of them. (Spending most birthdays and holidays alone and with very little human contact in her day to day life).

However, at age 42, she looks better than she's ever looked, is more confident, authentic and more fulfilled than ever before. She continues to take her path of self-love and spiritual devotion extremely seriously and relishes in being able to help pave that path for others as well.  

Following the death of her Bolivian grandfather and then her father (1st generation American), she has been guided to start embracing her South American heritage and honoring her ancestors. Though she was estranged from that side of her family for the vast majority of her life, they live on inside her and are encouraging her to start sharing more about her path and her family lineage.

In an effort to integrate all of the many parts of herself - after dropping her legal last name starting back in 2008 - Sophia was finally guided to re-adopt her last name (on her mom's side), becoming once again, Sophia Marie Harrington.

Sophia is currently mentoring and supporting those on the path of healing & ascension, through her 'Spiritual Guidance & Self-love Sessions', direct email support, 'Transformational Coaching', shamanic healing & trauma integration.
