Meet Sophia Marie Harrington
Sophia is neurodivergent, as well as a longtime entrepreneur, artist, musician, and non-conformist from the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. She is currently settled in Ashland, Oregon.
Since early childhood she has experienced many traumas and adversities in her life - including poverty, homelessness, physical, sexual and verbal abuse - which has created a kind of strength and resilience only born of surviving such adversities.
She is here to lead other Lightworkers, leaders, healers and visionaries into their power and gifts so they can start leading and guiding others. She acts as an Ascension and New Earth guide for the masses, by sharing her content on multiple platforms to raise the collective vibration and create positive change that benefits everyone on this planet.
Sophia is available to teach at group Retreats, as well as 1 on 1 over Zoom or in-person.

Spiritual Life:
Sophia had her first spiritual awakening and ego death at age 17, after which she shaved her head, quit doing drugs, started painting and completely reinvented herself.
Since then, there have been many twists and turns - some that appeared to be taking her backward - but during the pandemic, she had her 2nd and most prominent awakening and ego death.
It kickstarted her to dig deep, heal massive trauma and build a loving relationship with herself for the first time in her life.
She is Clairaudient, Clairvoyant, Claircognizant, a Clairsentient Empath, Medium, Intuitive Healer & Shaman. Her life is dedicated to the Spiritual Path, Authenticity and the path of Ascension.
She is here to guide people through the darkness that surrounds us at this pivotal point in human history. We are being guided back to God, back to ourselves and back to a sense of balance, purpose, peace and passion that has been missing for so long.
Through sharing her path & her story, she sheds light on the importance of healing trauma, maintaining solid mental health, as well as expressing ourselves through some creative outlet to transmute that darkness into something positive and impactful in this world.
This work is why she incarnated on earth at this powerful and potent time.
She is here to lead other leaders into their own healing and spiritual gifts, as well as foster a growing sense of peace, expansion, creativity, healing and transformation, while we ascend into a higher vision for humanity.
About This Work
My work started, in earnest, when I launched my Youtube Channel back in Feb of 2021. It started as a way of sharing my journey through the process of healing trauma and discovering self-love for the first time, but has since turned into a collection of Ascension related content, Channeled Messages, Tarot Readings, as well as music, dance, content about Personal Empowerment, Mental Health, Spiritual Guidance, New Earth, Guided Meditations and more! A year later I started sharing my journey on Tiktok (@sacredmuseproject).
Through this work, I have been able to reach thousands of people worldwide to offer support, tools, unconditional love and guidance through the difficult times in their lives. I am now branching out into teaching and leading in-person, but also expanding my reach online. This is an exciting time to be alive! Though I have been a painter for over 20 years, I felt guided to start drawing ferociously a few years ago, after a rough break up, and only 2 days before Christmas. It felt like a way to connect with my inner teenager (since I always drew with pen and paper as a youth) and a distraction from the darkness I was in...It helped me transform the difficult emotions into something inspired, and even beautiful.
I've been drawing pretty much daily ever since, and a few year later, I'm really honing my craft and having a ton of fun doing it!
Oftentimes, I see the images on the page before I even draw them - they are essentially channeled through me. The more I trust the process, the more I am able to see. It has become a metaphor for surrendering control in my day-to-day life, and has really helped me transform and trust my intuitive process, not only an artist, but as a human...
